Procedure for Filing Complaints against CAB Personnel / Inquiries / Suggestions / Comments
- Complaints/reports /inquiries or comments are submitted in either of the following manner:
- Through the CAB’s website, www.cab.gov.ph
- Click the Feedback Category which you can see at the menu bar (Homepage of CAB’s website) and fill up the required information (i.e. with asterisk) and details of the complaint

- CAB will only provide advices and the requirements needed if complainant will pursue to file a formal complaint.
- File directly to CAB through the Legal Division or through the HR/Administrative Division - Submit the complaint form together with the requirements (if any) and other evidences that maybe required
- Through the CAB’s website, www.cab.gov.ph
- Acknowledge Receipt of reports or complaints, inquiries, suggestions and comments (1-2 days)
- Person concerned will be notified soon, on action taken by the committee/agency.
